Account & Data Deletion
Application: Mind Blazer Arcade Operator: Revive Solutions Effective Date: May 1, 2026
This page documents how a user (or a verified parent / legal guardian) can permanently delete their account and associated personal data, in compliance with:
- Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v)
- Google Play Data Deletion Policy (effective Dec 2023)
- EU GDPR Article 17 ("right to erasure")
- COPPA parental rights
1. Two Ways to Delete Your Account
Option A — In-App (recommended)
- Open Mind Blazer Arcade.
- Sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete My Account.
- Confirm by re-entering your password (or using biometric login).
- You will receive a confirmation email and the account is immediately disabled. Hard deletion completes within 30 days.
For child accounts (under 13), the parent can delete the child's account from Parent Dashboard → Manage Children → Remove Child Account.
Option B — By Email
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We will:
- Acknowledge within 2 business days.
- Verify your identity (e.g. by sending a confirmation link to the registered email).
- Confirm completion within 30 days.
Option C — Public Web Form
A public deletion request form is available at https://mindblazerarcade.com/delete-account (no login required). Use this if you have lost access to both the app and the registered email.
2. What Gets Deleted
The following are permanently erased from our production systems within 30 days, and from rolling encrypted backups within 35 days:
- Email, name, age range, gender, and any other profile preferences.
- All mood entries, including notes and timestamps.
- All game session data, scores, achievements, badges, level and XP, and rewards.
- All quick reset session progress and logs.
- All tasks and focus timer history.
- All custom avatar selections and uploaded profile pictures.
- All education progress, lesson completions, and quiz attempts.
- All support correspondence (unless retained for legal claims).
- All authentication tokens and federated-login linkages (Google Sign-In linkage is removed).
- Linked parent–child relationship for child accounts.
3. What May Be Retained, and Why
A small set of records may be retained beyond deletion only where the law permits and requires us to:

These retained records do not contain identifiers that can be used to re-identify you.
4. Effect of Deletion
- You will be signed out on all devices.
- You will not be able to recover your account, history, or progress.
- A new account using the same email may be created later, but it starts blank.

If your deletion request is not completed within 30 days, or if you believe data has been retained in error, please contact [email protected] or our DPO at [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (e.g. ICO in the UK, your national DPA in the EU, the FTC in the US, the CPPA in California).
